• From Route 95 N/S:

Take the Greenland/Portsmouth exit (exit 3) located just south of Portsmouth. Turn right at the light and travel 1.0-1.5 miles. At the traffic light turn Right onto Peverly Hill Road. After approximately 0.6 miles turn right at light onto Banfield Road. Travel 1.3 miles and turn left onto Heritage Avenue. Continue 0.7 miles, turn left into the Plaza. Healing Touch is located next to Step's Ace Hardware, behind the Pizza Hut located on Route 1.

• From Route 1 (Downtown Portsmouth):

The office is located at the southern end of Portsmouth. Heading North on Route 1, turn left at the light onto Heritage Avenue (Wendy's Restaurant is on the left, Fire Station across the street on the right). When heading South this is a right turn. When heading North on Route 1 the turnoff for Healing Touch Chiropractic is 1 light after the light at Jitto's Restaurant.

• From Route 33:

Take Route 33 towards Portsmouth. Option 1: Turn Right onto Ocean Road. Follow Ocean Road to Banfield Avenue, turning left onto Banfield. Proceed about 0.6 miles and turn Right onto Heritage Avenue. Travel on Heritage about 0.7 miles and turn left into Heritage Plaza. Option 2: See directions "From Route 95" above.
