From downtown Portsmouth go south on Middle Street/ US-1 S towards Middle Road/NH-33. Continue to follow US-1 S (0.6 miles). Turn left onto Lafayette Rd/US-1 S. Head south on Route 1for 0.95 miles. You will go through the traffic light at the intersection where Market Basket and Cumberland Farms (across the street) are located. At the next traffic light (Wilson Road) turn right into the Market Basket Plaza (TD Bank will be at that far end). Go to the stop sign (intersection of West Road) and turn left. Follow West Road for 0.32 miles. When you see a postal mailbox on the right, 270 West Road (a brick building with a green metal roof) is located in the first driveway on the right past the mailbox. Turn into the driveway and make a left into the parking lot. Healing Touch Chiropractic & Acupuncture is the first entryway on the right as you face the front of the building.
From the roundabout at the Portsmouth Traffic Circle take the exit onto US Highway 1 Byp/ US-1 Byp S. Drive for 1.37 miles and stay straight to go onto Lafayette Rd/US-1 S. Travel 0.95 miles and turn right onto Wilson Road (the entrance to Market Basket Plaza). Turn left onto West Road and proceed 0.32 miles. 270 West Road will be on the right. (If you reach Campus Drive you’ve gone about 0.1 miles too far). Please see above.
Merge onto I-95 S towards Massachusetts/NewHampshire (Crossing into New Hampshire). Take Exit 3B (NH-33) toward Greenland/Portsmouth. Turn right onto NH-33 (Greenland Road). Continue to follow NH-33. In 1.50 miles turn right onto Peverly Hill Road. Then in 0.95 miles turn right onto West Road. Drive 0.49 miles to 270 West Road (on the right side).
Merge onto I-95 N (portions toll) (Crossing into New Hampshire). Proceed 13.37 miles. Take Exit 3 (NH-33) towards Portsmouth/Greenland. Drive 0.65 miles and turn right onto Greenland Road/NH-33. Continue to follow NH-33 for 0.92 miles. Turn right onto Peverly Hill Road. Continue for another 0.95 miles and turn right onto West Road. Drive 0.49 miles to 270 West Road (on the right side).
